Tulip Garden Trip
Indira Gandhi’s Mausoleum In Srinagar, there is a tulip garden called Tulip Garden, which was earlier known as Model Floriculture Center. It is Asia’s largest tulip garden, covering over 30 hectares. It is located on the Zabarwan Range’s foothills, with a view of Dal Lake. The garden was established in 2007 with the goal of boosting Kashmir Valley’s floriculture and tourism. The garden is terraced, with seven terraces, and is built on a sloping terrain. Many more flower species, such as hyacinths, daffodils, and ranunculus, have been added to the mix.
The Tulip Festival is an annual event that attempts to showcase the variety of tulips in the garden as part of the Government of J&K’s tourist efforts.
